The area
The city's northeast corner, built around a resort
The Silverado area takes its name and its shape from the resort and country club at its center. Two golf courses occupy much of the ground, and the housing around them ranges from condominiums close to the clubhouse to larger properties spread up the slopes toward Atlas Peak.
It is quieter and greener than the rest of the city, and noticeably more separate. Where Browns Valley and Alta Heights feel like neighborhoods of Napa, Silverado feels like somewhere slightly outside it that happens to fall inside the city's orbit.
The population here skews older and more seasonal than elsewhere in Napa, with a proportion of second homes and part-year residents. That affects the rhythm of local demand for services in ways that are worth knowing if you are trying to book at short notice during a busy period.
There is essentially no commercial provision beyond the resort itself, so everything routine involves driving into the city. The drive is straightforward but longer than residents of the central neighborhoods are used to.
Distances
Where the providers are
Silverado is the furthest city neighborhood from the downtown practices, though still comfortably within the city.
-
15-20 min
Downtown Napa
In along Atlas Peak Road and Trancas Street. The longest of the city runs covered on this site, and worth allowing for rather than assuming a five minute hop.
-
10-15 min
North Napa
The retail corridors on the north side of the city are the closest concentration of practices, and generally the practical choice from here.
-
At the resort
Spa versus clinic
Resort spa treatments are a separate category from medical aesthetic ones. If injectables are what you are after, confirm that a licensed clinician performs them on site rather than assuming a spa menu covers it.

What people in Silverado ask about
Everything on this site is available within the city, with the north Napa practices generally being the closest.
Questions
Questions from Silverado
Can I get injectables at the resort?
Resort spas and medical aesthetic practices are different things, and a spa menu should not be assumed to include injectable treatment. If it does, it will be performed by a licensed clinician, and that is the specific thing to ask about.
How far is it into the city?
Fifteen to twenty minutes to downtown, less to the north Napa corridors. Longer than the central neighborhoods, though still a short trip by the standards of the rest of the county.
Is it easier to go up-valley from here?
Not especially. Silverado sits off Atlas Peak Road rather than on the Silverado Trail itself, so the up-valley advantage that Alta Heights enjoys does not fully apply. The city remains the practical option.
What about booking during busy periods?
The area has a seasonal population and the wider city gets busy through the summer and harvest. If timing matters, book earlier than you think you need to. Call (707) 207-8167 and we will point you toward providers with availability.
